beautiful abstract sand pattern caused by howling wind sculpting shapes. generally happens because the black sand is actually dense minerals mixing with less dense wet sand. the abstractions they make are literally unlimited…

Looks like the reflection of a picture of a tiger. But what is it reflected on?

Reminds me of “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas” but a sandier version… a rockpool in high contrast (and a drug trip in low)
It looks tidal to me. But I notice more than a week of mornings has passed with no “tell all” yet.
FYI: Verbatim from DAH’s Instagram account (also quoted in the first comment on this thread), where he did “tell all” the next morning:
