Waterfront property. Not everyone who has an oceanfront view etc owns a 3 million dollar home. These folks need only walk to where I’m standing and another 50 feet and they will be swimming in the Atlantic here in the outer banks. There are a few trailer/camping spots that have all 3 most prized real estate virtues. Location, location, and location. Some vagabonds turn just passing through into I ain’t ever leaving. Home sweet home aesthetic is def in the eye of the beholder. #OBX
